“Futura Sports Agency presents the ‘FSA T20 Summer Series’ to take place during the month of December. The best of 3 series will see coaching staff, local celebrities and young talent combine in what promises to be 3 action packed games characterised by quality cricket, good sportsmanship and fantastic Durban support.”
Two teams will be formed, namely the FSA Blues and FSA Kings, and will comprise of our selected FSA coaches, local cricket celebrities and most excitingly a number of the most promising kids who have been coached by FSA throughout the past year. Futura Sports Agency has an undeniable belief in the youth and in keeping with our motto “The green thumb for budding talent” we look forward to giving these young players the opportunity to showcase their undeniable talent. We believe this will be a massive learning curve in their journey to becoming top class cricketers.
The two teams will be kitted out in full coloured clothing provided by FSA. This year the FSA Blues will be using the recent World Champs 2013 kit which was used in the Last Man Stands Championships in the UK and the FSA Kings will be in the kit kindly donated by the Chennai Super Kings. This adds to the occasion and our umpiring staff are also provided with colourful kit. With luminous orange stumps and pink match balls – we certainly anticipate a colourful affair!
This tournament is really such an awesome experience for any cricketer and the games prove to be fiercely contested in front of adorning fans. All the games are also scored via live scoring on CricHQ and the players stats go onto www.futurasports.co.za so there really is a lot to play for!
Like any tournament of this nature its success is heavily influenced by the support of the people and companies within Durban, that is why we appeal to all local companies to get involved. We have various sponsorship packages to choose from and we welcome any donation of prizes to the tournament.
Gold Package (R35 000): Naming rights for the tournament and advertising at the fields. Silver Package (R8500): Sponsorship of the individual games. Your company will gain exposure on all FSA, Berea Rovers CC and affiliated partners’ Social Media Channels including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. As well as a feature on the Futura Sports Agency website and mentions on all Press Releases and tournament marketing material. Any video highlight packages that are created will also feature your company logo. E.g. FSA Liberty T20 Summer Series presents the Discovery Health T20 match
Bronze Package – Sponsorship of prizes, including Man of the Match, Batsman and Bowlers of the Day, Catch of the Day and eventual Man of the Series. We would also like the two umpires to get trophies or medals and the winning team a trophy. Your company will gain exposure on all FSA, Berea Rovers CC and affiliated partners’ Social Media Channels including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. As well as a mention on the Futura Sports Agency website and recognition on the tournament marketing material.
Please note that a portion of proceeds go to the staff of Berea Rovers CC, including the groundsman, bar staff, admin assistant and security.
