Sean Rust was delighted with the focus many producers – had on fresh and organic foods demonstrating that the city is in line with international trends.
Commented Trish Beaver: “I was delighted with the variety of innovative, creative and exciting product in the market”
Mhlengi Mafu had a word of advice for exhibitors: “If you employing people to man your stand ensure that they know all about your product. Many of the people in the commended stands were staffed by people who were both passionate and knowledgeable.”
Vida Herbert said: “Some stands went the extra mile so that their stand truly reflected their product. Kenwood was a good example of this. The Rhodes Isishebo Theatre looked wonderful but also drew in the crowds thanks to its happy vibe.”
