The 2014 CompliMed Midlands Ultra Triathlon at Midmar Dam in the Kwazulu-Natal Midlands on 2 March will also be serving as the South African Long Course Championships!
The CompliMed Midlands Ultra Triathlon caters for triathletes of all varying abilities. Not only does it cater for teams but there are two different events, the SPRINT and the ULTRA, and the popular corporate team challenge.
