Granny Mouse Country House & Spa’s Head Chef Shaun Dampies will be showing off his culinary skills at the Taste of Durban 2014 for the first time.

Watch him work his magic as each Chef is given a mystery basket, 30 minutes to cook and plate a beautiful dish which will be judged by the audience on the day!
