On September 5th and 6th, visitors to the Mall will have the added bonus of topping up on their culinary know-how and become Master Chef’s in their own kitchens by watching some of the best chefs in the province – that of Executive Chef Shaun Christian of Granny Mouse, Roxi Wardman – winner of Masterchef SA Season 3, Alex Poltera, Executive Chef at Fern Hill Hotel in Hilton and Lee-Anne and Hannah Ibbetson aka Team Sugar and Spice – winners of the Big Cook, Little Cook TV show. Celebrities that will be teamed up with the above super chefs will be Terence Pillay – well known TV personality and journalist, Shirdika Pillay – Radio presenter from Lotus FM, Zookey Zarling – Radio presenter from Gagasi FM and more, cooking in a state of the art, fully equipped kitchen sponsored by Aurora Interiors.
Muhammad Varachia, Centre Manager of Liberty Midland Mall, believes that the cooking demos and delectable food stalls will tanatalise your taste buds, and really get everyone excited about cooking. “The lineup of celebrities will add flavour to the show and keep you entertained”, continued Varachia.

With over 20 restaurants, and coffee shops to choose from, there is something to suit everyone’s tastes. There will also be some local foodie exhibitors that will be showcasing their delicious treats, that of Squirrel Nuts, Belgian Chocolate House, Romesco Olives, Canovi Sweets and many more to tickle those taste buds.
