Over 100 kids from the Addington Hospital Ikusasa Clinic recently gathered for a Christmas Party to remember with food, gifts and entertainment provided by uShaka Marine World as well as other sponsors, who collectively made the day special for each and every child as well as their accompanying parents and guardians.
The message from the nursing staff at the Children’s clinic during the welcoming message, was that of thanks to the children, for making an effort to take their prescribed medication and for never giving up on life, even during their time of illness.
Overall, the day was a success and all the children were delighted to meet and greet the uShaka’s Ocean Warrior Mascots who performed their very special Mascot Show as well as enjoyed getting their faces painted by the uShaka Kids World staff who were on hand to add some colour to the festivities.
