Musgrave Centre, owned by SA Corporate Real Estate Limited, will be hosting an exciting Women’s Day fundraising breakfast in support of The Sunflower Fund on Saturday, 13th August at their Ster-Kinekor cinema for an expected 200 ladies. The event kicks off at 7.00am sharp and tickets are only R150 per person, which includes a hot cuppa and a light breakfast, a fabulous goodie bag, an inspirational talk and significant lucky draw prizes. The dress code for the morning is floral, with a prize on offer for the best dressed.

The endearing Carey Symons – thriving businesswoman, mother of three and mother in law to Springbok rugby legend, Patrick Lambie – will be sharing her encouraging experience of when she received a life-changing call six years ago that identified her as a positive donor match for a leukaemia patient. Survivor and life champion, Sharleigh Wilken, will be the MC of what promises to be an epic morning.

Funds raised from the event will enable The Sunflower Fund to create awareness, and to educate and recruit stem cell donors to increase the number of people registered on the South African Bone Marrow Registry.
